During the buildup to the Euros I was asked to create a betting guide that would drive readers to place bets with our affiliate links, the guides would feature in-depth team stats for each of the teams which included a fact file, fixtures, players to back as well as best bets. The results of the betting guide were a huge success with over 60k views, 10k in article link clicks and an average reading time of 4 minutes. This then lead to me creating more betting guides for other competitions and sports such as Premier League, Championship, European and Ryder Cup guides with more to follow.
